1. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention department.
2. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping on orders over 9. Delivery times vary by location:
- Domestic (US): 3-7 business days
- International: 7-21 business days
- Express shipping available at checkout
All shipments include tracking and full insurance. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues.
3. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all original packaging and certificates. Custom-cut or special-order stones are non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Product Descriptions
We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, images, and specifications. Gemstone weights and measurements are approximate. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Lab-created gemstones are chemically identical to natural stones but are grown in controlled laboratory environments.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of DIY Gem and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
DIY Gem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
