All sales are final: we do not accept returns or exchanges on any order — every stone is prepared specifically for your custom DIY project.
Only exceptions: quality defects, wrong items shipped, or material deviation from confirmed custom specifications. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
